My gang suggestions

• These are some things I think we should implement or think about.
  

1. FORUMS & NEW MEMBERS: I recommend telling people to register on the forums if they want to get promoted, its good for communication incase people gotta go on holidays or get temp banned, also good RP tips , shooting and bind information.
   
   
2. Recruiting lvl ones! Only invite people to the family at are level 5 at least. Recruiting level 1s makes it way too easy for guys to join us to troll or to give our family a bad name. If a player is legit and is active, give them the radio frequency, and tell them hang with us and rp with us. when they hit level 5 then they can be tested rply and oocly.
   
   
3. Recommend only taking these points and turfs: Mp2, mf2, mp1, mp2, crack lab, drug house, drug factory, sfd, fcc, best turfs: Gym, mall, cracklab, mp1, bank,gas station. as these are the only active places, not to waste or tokens or points (3max).
   
   
4. When recruiting: They must be lvl 5+, ask to join rply, Do an RP scene with them to test there level of RP make sure they know basic rp /me /do's and don't PG and willing to improve. after the RP test, test them OOCly, make sure they understand all the server /rules and know some /turfs and /points rules, explain the main ones if they don't. If they pass: They need teamspeak3, autohotkey, register on the forums, get official skin, respect all players, read the family rules like killing a family member for an icly or oocly reason is not allowed, and the family car rules.

Well i have suggestion....We need some girls in fam...I mean whores

I support the idea we must recruit more.Once I checked the hiltop families : There were so many ranks 1 that I bet that are listening to orders from higher ranks.
We need it too: We must recruit and make people listen to us,because someone has to do the simple job.

I think we must get more allies.It's just disapointing and dipressing to die every time after Grove/Triads/LBBC and other gangs come on us.If we have more allies less people come to us and try to shoot/hit/kill us.

Another thing: since we have many drugs I suggest to get more and sell it to other mafia's or families because the family must get money.We must pay our people : You know 20k after point it's very good but if you would pay something like 100k people would come armed and ready with spases and shit.So my point is : The more money the family gives to it people the more they give back.That's why we must own our own business.But there is a disatvantage - people that are in the family just could use the fact we give stuff for free.They won't do anything and will get spases and stuff.That's why we are not going to give stuff for nothing.Who is active and deserves thet stuff he gets ranks and money from the family.Who uses the family get kicked out.

Oh forgot.Ranks must be earned not easily.We must see the person is loyal and trustable and active and all the stuff that higher ranks must have.
