[INFO] Ranks Explanation

Allright you just got an invite to join the family from one of the leaders or a Rank 5. What to do now? Well in most times we explained what you must do. But incase you can't remember or it was just too much to remember it, i will explain what we expect of everyone.

[Rank 1: Outlaw]
You're basicly on trial, this means you have to prove yourself in this period. What do you must do and what do we want to see:

- Try to roleplay everything in our hood. (Like repair your car, sell drugs or make your own situation.)
- Roleplay with other family members and guests who enter our hood.
- Be there when we need you, like responding on Radio calls.
- Try to be at meetings when a R5 or R6 arrange one.
- Try to be active as often as you can.
- Improve your roleplay.
- Allways RESPECT higher ranks.
- Objective to rank up: Donate 10k materials weekly, Improve Roleplay and be active!

[Rank 2: Foot Soldier]
Allright you passed your trial. You are a real Disciple now. What do we expect:

- Help outlaws to improve their roleplay by roleplaying with them. (Show them the way)
- Try to still roleplay everything in our hood and allways try to improve yourself.
- Put in work on the streets, try to get known as a drugdealer.
- Quickly respond on all calls.
- Try acting as a real gangster search your in-gang self. And try to act like one in your roleplaying.
- Allways RESPECT higher ranks.
- Objective to rank up: Donate 10k materials weekly, Improve Roleplay and be active!

[Rank 3: Enforcerer]
Allright you earned a rank up due showing respect and work a lott for the gang. What do we expect:

- Act mature and arrange some RP situations.
- Help lower ranks to improve theirself.
- Work on your leadership capabilitys in certain RP situations with lower ranks.
- We expect you will Roleplay every situation in our hood.
- Try to work on your donate level.
- We expect you will act like a real straight gangster.
- Allways RESPECT higher ranks.
- Objective to rank up: Donate crack and pot, setup connections with other gangs, Improve Roleplay and be active!

[Rank 4: Chief]
You ranked up to a Chief. What do we expect:

- Act mature and arrange some RP situations.
- Work on your leadership capabilitys in certain RP situations with lower ranks.
- Lett the lower ranks now what they actually don't know yet. (Example acting like a real gangster or put in work)
- Help lower ranks to improve their roleplay where they need it the most.
- Roleplay with other allies like helping them out if they need you.
- Know the gang rules for doing activities like points or turfs. Explain them to lower ranks.
- Try to keep everything under control in the family, like guard a bit for people doing stupid things.
- Warn people who are acting stupid in RP situations or hand them a violation if they break the gang rules.
- Allways RESPECT higher ranks.
- Objective to rank up: Donate crack and pot, setup connections with other gangs, Improve Roleplay and be active!

[Rank 5: Governor]
You are basicly like a leader if no R6 is on. So act like one:

- Act mature.
- Arrange RP situations or other activities like getting turf. (Do point only if you have permission from an R6.)
- We expect advanced roleplaying and acting like a real gangster with a leading personality.
- We expect that you know the Gang rules also the ones from points and turfs.
- Try to be as active as you can, so you can arrange in-gang activities.
- Allways RESPECT higher ranks.
- Objective to rank up: Donate materials, cash or crack and pot, Be as active as you can, recruit much!, setup roleplay activities, act as a leader.

[Rank 6: Leader]
- Organise as much roleplay activities as you can - Batfights with enemy's - Robbery's - Gang stuff.
- Lead the family as it's your own!
- Help donating everything we need.
